  3. 03

    Get your editable ballpark

    Voilà! Ballpark costs are pulled together for every part of the brief, giving you a clear starting point for the build. Review it, tweak it and make it your own.

  4. 04

    Get suppliers in the loop

    Click 'Email suppliers' on an approved ballpark. One blanket email goes to everyone you've selected. Once they get back to you, confirm any bespoke changes and firm up costs.

  5. 05

    Sign a statement of work

    Accepted proposals generate a versioned SoW with scope, dependencies, exclusions and change control. Both parties sign.

  6. 06

    Get the job rolling

    Once the SOW is signed, pay the first 50% to get the job live with your supplier. The remaining 50% is automatically paid two days after delivery. And you're off!
